I'm a fully trained life casting artist with over 15 years of experience in mould making, model making and specialist finishing techniques.

My journey began in special effects makeup, where I was first trained in life casting before I went on to complete a BA (Hons) in Model Making. I then spent several years working in the film industry as a prop maker and effects painter, creating highly detailed pieces for feature films.
 

After becoming a mum to my two daughters, I wanted to use those skills in a more personal and meaningful way. I founded Impressions by Emily to help families preserve life's most precious moments, transforming them into beautiful keepsakes that can be treasured for generations.

With my background in film, I have extensive knowledge of materials and finishing techniques, allowing me to create truly unique, high-quality pieces with a professional finish. Attention to detail has always been at the heart of my work. Every keepsake is carefully hand finished to capture even the smallest details
 

Based in Andover, Hampshire, I welcome clients from across Hampshire, Wiltshire and Berkshire to my private, relaxed studio. Home visits may also be available for certain services—please get in touch to discuss your requirements.
